1. Description of Service My Diary is an online journaling platform that allows you to write private diary entries, receive daily prompts, track mood and streaks, and (on paid plans) use additional features such as photo attachments, custom themes, PDF export, and private sharing links.

2. Accounts You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Free plan: $0 forever, limited to 30 days of history.
Plus plan: $6 per month.
Pro plan: $14 per month.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining days of a paid period except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Your Content You retain full ownership of the diary entries and content you create (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your entries and will not make them public unless you choose to share them.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and agree not to post anything illegal, harmful, or infringing.

6. Acceptable Use You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to access other users’ accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Upload malware or harmful code
Scrape or copy the Service without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property The Service, including its design, text, software, and branding (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
